De-Stress is a gentle, comforting blend of five 100% pure essential oils: bergamot, white grapefruit, frankincense, rose otto and amyris (West Indian sandalwood). Bergamot and grapefruit bring a bright citrus opening, rose otto a soft floral heart, and frankincense and amyris a warm woody-balsamic base.
Its calming aroma is a favourite for winding down at the end of the day and for quiet moments of self-care. Diffuse it in the evening, wear a drop on an aromatherapy bracelet or pendant, or dilute it for a relaxing bath. It contains phototoxic citrus oils, so keep treated skin out of the sun for 12 hours.

Uses
- Diffuser or vaporiserAdd 3–5 drops to your diffuser or oil burner with water in the evening for a calm, comforting room aroma.
- Aromatherapy jewelleryAdd 1–2 drops to a lava-stone bracelet or diffuser pendant for a comforting aroma that stays with you through the day. Keep the oil off your skin and clothing.
- Massage and aromatherapyIf you use it in massage, aromatherapy or other skin applications, always dilute it in a carrier oil at a low level (around 0.5%, roughly 3 drops per 30ml) and patch test first. It contains phototoxic citrus oils, so avoid sun on treated skin for 12 hours.

Safety & storage
- For external use only. Do not take internally.
- Never apply undiluted to the skin. Always dilute in a carrier oil and patch test the diluted blend on a small area for 24 hours before full use.
- Contains citrus oils that can make skin more sensitive to sunlight. Avoid direct sun and sunbeds on treated skin for 12 hours after use.
- Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for babies and young children, unless advised by a qualified practitioner.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Storage: Store tightly capped in the original dark glass bottle, away from heat and direct sunlight.
