Uses
- Diffuser or vaporiserAdd 3–5 drops to your diffuser or oil burner with water for a bright, energising room aroma.
- Aromatherapy jewelleryAdd 1–2 drops to a lava-stone bracelet or diffuser pendant for a revitalising aroma that stays with you through the day. Keep the oil off your skin and clothing.
- Massage and aromatherapyIf you use it in massage, aromatherapy or other skin applications, always dilute it in a carrier oil at a low level (around 0.5%, roughly 3 drops per 30ml) and patch test first. It contains lime, so avoid sun on treated skin for 12 hours.

Safety & storage
- For external use only. Do not take internally.
- Never apply undiluted to the skin. Always dilute in a carrier oil and patch test the diluted blend on a small area for 24 hours before full use.
- Contains rosemary and basil. Do not use on or near the face of babies and young children.
- Contains lime, which can make skin more sensitive to sunlight. Avoid direct sun and sunbeds on treated skin for 12 hours after use.
- Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for babies and young children, unless advised by a qualified practitioner.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Storage: Store tightly capped in the original dark glass bottle, away from heat and direct sunlight.
