Four Thieves is the traditional spice-and-citrus blend, here made with eight 100% pure essential oils: lemon, tangerine, eucalyptus, clove bud, cinnamon leaf, rosemary, ginger and cedarwood. Bright lemon and tangerine sit over fresh eucalyptus, a warm heart of clove, cinnamon and ginger, and a herbaceous, woody base of rosemary and cedarwood.
Named after an old European folk tale, it is loved today for its warm, clean, invigorating aroma. Diffuse it to freshen the home, especially through the cooler months, or add a few drops to homemade cleaning sprays for a bright, spicy scent. It contains clove and cinnamon, which can irritate the skin, so it is best enjoyed in the diffuser and only ever used well diluted on the skin.

Uses
- Diffuser or vaporiserAdd 3–5 drops to your diffuser or oil burner with water for a warm, clean, spicy room aroma.
- Around the homeAdd 10–15 drops to a spray bottle of water and white vinegar for a fresh, spicy scent as you clean. Shake well before use and keep it off skin.
- Massage and aromatherapyIf you use it in massage, aromatherapy or other skin applications, always dilute it in a carrier oil at a low level (around 0.5%, roughly 3 drops per 30ml) and patch test first. It contains clove bud and cinnamon leaf, so keep to this low level, never add it to the bath, and avoid sun on treated skin for 12 hours as it also contains lemon.

Safety & storage
- For external use only. Do not take internally.
- Never apply undiluted to the skin. Always dilute in a carrier oil and patch test the diluted blend on a small area for 24 hours before full use.
- Contains clove bud and cinnamon leaf, which can irritate the skin. Use only at a low dilution and do not add to the bath.
- Contains eucalyptus and rosemary. Do not use on or near the face of babies and young children.
- Contains lemon, which can make skin more sensitive to sunlight. Avoid direct sun on treated skin for 12 hours.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for babies and young children, unless advised by a qualified practitioner.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep away from eyes.
Storage: Store tightly capped in the original dark glass bottle, away from heat and direct sunlight.
