Description
Our Mango Butter is pressed from the seed kernels of the mango fruit (Mangifera indica), grown in India, and refined to a soft, smooth, white butter with almost no scent. It melts at about skin temperature and feels lighter and less sticky than many butters.
Mango butter is popular for its silky, non-greasy feel, which makes it a lovely everyday body butter for skin that feels dry. Smooth it on after a shower, add it to a homemade lip balm, or warm a little through dry hair ends. Because it has almost no scent, it is an easy base for a few drops of your favourite essential oil.
- Smooth, light feel that is less sticky than many butters
- Almost odourless, so it suits scent-free routines
- Leaves dry skin feeling soft and smooth
- A lovely base for lip balms and whipped body butters
Pairs well with: Sweet almond, apricot kernel, avocado, vitamin E, kokum butter, cocoa butter and beeswax
