Muscle Rub Massage and Body Balm
Muscle Rub Massage and Body Balm is formulated to assist in the treatment of muscle aches, pains, and sports or work-related injuries. Its warming effect helps speed up recovery from muscle trauma, bruising, and inflammation.
This balm stimulates circulation and promotes faster healing of injured muscles, while helping to reduce muscle spasms and stiffness.
Ingredients: NZ beeswax, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, arnica, stearic acid, polysorbate 80, rosemary, lemongrass, eucalyptus, ginger, vitamin E.

About this balm
Muscle Rub Massage & Body Balm is a warming balm for active lives. Rosemary and ginger give it a warm, herbaceous aroma, lifted with lemongrass and eucalyptus.
Made with NZ beeswax, grapeseed oil, coconut oil and arnica, the silky-smooth balm melts on contact for a smooth glide with no greasy residue. Use it for sports massage in the clinic or a self-massage after training.

How to use
- Warm a small amount between your palms.
- Massage into the area with firm strokes before or after activity.

Safety & storage
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes, and do not use on broken, weeping, irritated or infected skin.
- Contains lemongrass (citral), a recognised skin sensitiser.
- Contains eucalyptus: not recommended for use on infants or young children.
- Contains arnica: take care with anyone allergic to ragweed, daisies, marigolds or chrysanthemums.
- Patch test on a small area of skin for 24 hours before first full use. Stop using if irritation occurs.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat.
