About this blend
Respiratory is a fresh, invigorating blend of six pure essential oils: camphor, eucalyptus, lavender, sweet marjoram, peppermint and thyme. A sharp, cooling camphoraceous opening softens into a gentle floral note and a warm, herbal base.
Its crisp, clearing aroma is a favourite in the diffuser or oil burner, especially through the winter months, and is popular for refreshing a stuffy room or adding a spa-like feel to the bathroom. It contains camphor, eucalyptus, peppermint and thyme, so keep it well diluted on the skin, leave it out of the bath and keep it away from the faces of babies and young children.

Uses
- Diffuser or vaporiserAdd 2–4 drops to your diffuser or oil burner with water for a fresh, clearing room aroma, especially in the cooler months.
- ShowerPlace 2–3 drops on a shower steamer or a damp face cloth on the shower floor, away from the direct stream, for a fresh, spa-like aroma. Do not add it to the bath.
- Massage and aromatherapyIf you use it in massage, aromatherapy or other skin applications, keep it to a low dilution because it contains thyme and camphor: around 0.5% (roughly 3 drops per 30ml) in a carrier oil. Patch test first.

Safety & storage
- For external use only. Do not take internally.
- Never apply undiluted to the skin. Always dilute in a carrier oil and patch test on a small area for 24 hours before full use.
- Contains thyme and peppermint, which can irritate the skin. Use only at a low dilution and do not add to the bath.
- Contains camphor, eucalyptus and peppermint. Do not use on or near the face of babies and young children, and avoid if you have epilepsy.
- Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for babies and young children, unless advised by a qualified practitioner.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Storage: Store tightly capped in the original dark glass bottle, away from heat and direct sunlight.
