It is popular in the diffuser during morning rituals, yoga or meditation, or whenever you want a bright, positive atmosphere. The blend is intended to complement your own personal wellbeing rituals. It contains bergamot, so avoid sun on treated skin.

Uses
- Diffuser or vaporiserAdd 3–4 drops to your diffuser or oil burner with water for a warm, uplifting atmosphere in the morning.
- Aromatherapy jewelleryAdd 1–2 drops to a lava-stone bracelet or diffuser pendant so you can enjoy the aroma through the day. Keep the drops on the stone or pad, not directly on your skin.
- Massage and aromatherapyIf you use it in massage, aromatherapy or other skin applications, always dilute it in a carrier oil at around 1% (roughly 6 drops per 30ml) and patch test first. As it contains bergamot, avoid sun on treated skin for 12 hours.

Safety & storage
- For external use only. Do not take internally.
- Never apply undiluted to the skin. Always dilute in a carrier oil and patch test on a small area for 24 hours before full use.
- Contains bergamot, which can make skin more sensitive to sunlight. Avoid sun and sunbeds on treated skin for 12 hours after use.
- Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for babies and young children, unless advised by a qualified practitioner.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Storage: Store tightly capped in the original dark glass bottle, away from heat and direct sunlight.
