It is popular in the diffuser during meditation, journalling, study or yoga, helping to create a clear, contemplative atmosphere. The blend is intended to complement your own personal wellbeing rituals. It contains lemon, so avoid sun on treated skin, and rosemary, so keep it away from the faces of young children.

Uses
- Diffuser or vaporiserAdd 3–4 drops to your diffuser or oil burner with water for a fresh, clear atmosphere while you meditate, study or journal.
- Aromatherapy jewelleryAdd 1–2 drops to a lava-stone bracelet or diffuser pendant so you can enjoy the aroma through the day. Keep the drops on the stone or pad, not directly on your skin.
- Massage and aromatherapyIf you use it in massage, aromatherapy or other skin applications, always dilute it in a carrier oil at around 1% (roughly 6 drops per 30ml) and patch test first. As it contains lemon, avoid sun on treated skin for 12 hours.

Safety & storage
- For external use only. Do not take internally.
- Never apply undiluted to the skin. Always dilute in a carrier oil and patch test on a small area for 24 hours before full use.
- Contains lemon, which can make skin more sensitive to sunlight. Avoid sun and sunbeds on treated skin for 12 hours after use.
- Contains rosemary. Do not use on or near the face of babies and young children.
- Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for babies and young children, unless advised by a qualified practitioner.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Storage: Store tightly capped in the original dark glass bottle, away from heat and direct sunlight.
