The Throat Chakra blend is a fresh, gentle synergy of four pure essential oils: Roman chamomile, spearmint, lavender and blue tansy. It is inspired by the throat chakra, traditionally associated with clear communication, self-expression and inner calm, and has a soft floral, herbal aroma lifted by cool minty notes.
It is a favourite in the diffuser during journalling, creative practice, meditation or quiet reflection, helping to create a peaceful, open atmosphere. The blend is intended to complement your own personal wellbeing rituals. Blue tansy gives the blend a natural blue-green tint that may mark fabrics.

Uses
- Diffuser or vaporiserAdd 3–4 drops to your diffuser or oil burner with water for a fresh, calming atmosphere.
- BathMix 3–4 drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil or unscented bath base first, then add it to a warm bath. Never add undiluted essential oil to bath water.
- Massage and aromatherapyIf you use it in massage, aromatherapy or other skin applications, always dilute it in a carrier oil at around 1% (roughly 6 drops per 30ml). Patch test first.

Safety & storage
- For external use only. Do not take internally.
- Never apply undiluted to the skin. Always dilute in a carrier oil and patch test on a small area for 24 hours before full use.
- Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for babies and young children, unless advised by a qualified practitioner.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Blue tansy gives the blend a blue-green colour that may stain fabrics and surfaces.
Storage: Store tightly capped in the original dark glass bottle, away from heat and direct sunlight.
