About this blend
Tranquility is a calm, balanced blend of six pure essential oils: patchouli, lemon, ylang ylang, basil, petitgrain and spearmint. An earthy patchouli base lifts into bright citrus, a rich white-floral heart, a fresh herbal note and a cool minty finish.
It is popular in the diffuser or oil burner for creating a serene atmosphere at home or in the workspace, and a drop on an aromatherapy bracelet keeps its soothing aroma close through the day. It is traditionally associated in aromatherapy with calm and emotional balance. It contains lemon, so avoid sun on treated skin.

Uses
- Diffuser or vaporiserAdd 3–4 drops to your diffuser or oil burner with water for a serene, balanced room aroma.
- Aromatherapy jewelleryAdd 1–2 drops to a lava-stone bracelet or diffuser pendant so you can enjoy the aroma through the day. Keep the drops on the stone or pad, not directly on your skin.
- Massage and aromatherapyIf you use it in massage, aromatherapy or other skin applications, always dilute it in a carrier oil at around 1% (roughly 6 drops per 30ml) and patch test first. As it contains lemon, avoid sun on treated skin for 12 hours.

Safety & storage
- For external use only. Do not take internally.
- Never apply undiluted to the skin. Always dilute in a carrier oil and patch test on a small area for 24 hours before full use.
- Contains lemon, which can make skin more sensitive to sunlight. Avoid sun and sunbeds on treated skin for 12 hours after use.
- Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for babies and young children, unless advised by a qualified practitioner.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Storage: Store tightly capped in the original dark glass bottle, away from heat and direct sunlight.
