Description
Wheatgerm Oil is cold-pressed from the germ of the wheat kernel. It is a rich, amber to orange-brown oil with a nutty, grain-like aroma and a thick, slightly sticky texture, naturally high in vitamin E, plus vitamins A and D and lecithin.
Because it is so rich, it is usually blended in small amounts with a lighter oil such as sweet almond or grapeseed. It is popular for very dry, rough skin on hands, feet and elbows, and its natural vitamin E helps oil blends stay fresh for longer.
- Cold-pressed and naturally high in vitamin E
- Rich and nourishing for very dry, rough skin
- Helps oil blends stay fresh for longer
- Best blended with lighter carrier oils
Pairs well with: Sweet almond, grapeseed, jojoba, lavender, geranium and orange
