Muscle Rub Massage & Body Oil is a lightweight oil with a smooth, easy glide, made in New Zealand as the oil version of our much-loved massage balms. A nourishing base of grapeseed, sweet almond, safflower and avocado oils with vitamin E is finished with ginger, lemongrass, eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils.
Ginger, lemongrass, eucalyptus and rosemary give it a warming, invigorating aroma, making it a popular choice for sports massage and for tired, hard-working muscles after exercise, gardening or a long day on your feet. Uses
- MassageWarm a small amount between your palms and apply with smooth, flowing strokes. Add a little more as needed during the massage.

Safety & storage
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, and do not use on broken or irritated skin.
- Contains sweet almond oil (a tree nut). Do not use if you have a tree nut or almond allergy.
- Contains eucalyptus and rosemary: not for use on or near the face of babies and young children.
- Contains lemongrass (citral), a recognised skin sensitiser.
- Patch test on a small area for 24 hours before first use, especially if you have sensitive or fragrance-reactive skin.
- All oils are potentially combustible. Wash oily linens thoroughly and follow your dryer manufacturer's guidance for fabrics that have been in contact with oils.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, with the cap closed tightly.
